We had to adhere to strict word limits on questions that were very detailed. Furthermore, each question had to include all the lots the client was applying for and tailor the answers to the different specifications for each lot. This demanded a high level of attention to detail and painstaking cross-checking.
All the prices were benchmarked against market intelligence gained from the trade supplier base to protect our client and ensure they were entering prices that were realistic for the authority and weren’t going to lose out to trade suppliers. The authority had an extremely secure portal with two factor authentication which required us to use the client’s unique access codes which changed each time we needed to log in.
